The sharper and higher-resolution, the better. A photo straight from your phone's camera is usually perfect. Bright, in-focus shots with your subject nice and clear turn out beautifully across all 500 pieces. Very small images, heavy screenshots, or dark and blurry photos can look soft once printed large, so pick the best version you have.

As a rule of thumb, any photo your phone has taken in the last few years will be more than enough. If you're pulling it from social media or a screenshot, try to find the original instead, since those are often compressed.

Not sure if your photo will hold up? Upload it anyway and reach out, we'll take a look before we print.

All the common ones: JPG, PNG, HEIC, and more. Whatever your phone or camera saved it as, it should upload without a fuss. If a file ever gives you trouble, send us a message and we'll sort it out.

Absolutely. Couples, families, pets, whole friend groups, a landscape with nobody in it at all. Your memory, your call.

Your photo is printed to fit your chosen puzzle size, so some light cropping may happen at the edges to match the dimensions. If there's a specific way you want it framed, or something you'd like kept in or out, leave us a note with your order and we'll do our best to honor it.

Yes. Just check the "I'll send my photo later" box when placing your order, and we'll follow up with an easy way to get it to us.

It's used for one thing only: making your puzzle. We never use your photos for marketing, we never share them, and we delete them from our systems once your order is complete and no longer needs them. Your memories stay yours.

Every puzzle is 500 pieces, whichever size you choose. Medium is 53 × 38cm and Large is 60 × 45cm. The two sizes differ only in finished dimensions, not in piece count or difficulty, so a Large simply gives you a bigger, more display-worthy finished picture.

Think about where it'll end up. Coffee table, cozy night in, gift that packs small? Medium. Wall piece, gallery moment, something to show off? Large. You really can't go wrong, they're both 500 pieces of the same lovely detail.

Not at all, and that's the beauty of it. Plenty of people love settling in for a screen-free evening together and seeing how far they get, then leaving it out on the table to return to whenever the mood strikes. Whether you piece it together in one cozy night or over a few, it's yours to enjoy at your own pace.

Yes, and most people choose to. If you'd like to frame it or mount it on the wall, our Display Kit includes sticky sheets that hold all the pieces together and make it ready to hang. You'll see it offered when you add your puzzle to the cart.

Premium sturdy cardboard with a matte, glare-free finish so your photo looks great in any light.

We're proud to offer free worldwide shipping. Wherever you are in the world, we'll get your puzzle to you.

Around 6 days from order to doorstep, including the time it takes us to print and assemble it. Because each puzzle is made to order just for you, that little bit of wait is us crafting your one-of-a-kind piece.

We may be biased, but we truly believe it's one of the most personal gifts you can give. Your puzzle also arrives ready to gift: each one comes tucked in a reusable drawstring bag.

We have customers order these for birthdays, anniversaries, and holidays all the time. If you're on a deadline, order with a few days' buffer to be safe, and reach out if it's tight, we'll always try to help.

Yes, you'll get a tracking link via email once your order ships.

We stand behind every puzzle with our reprint guarantee. If your puzzle arrives with a printing defect or is damaged in transit, we'll reprint and reship it, no fuss. We want your memory to look exactly as good in your hands as it does in your head.

Because each puzzle is made uniquely from your photo, we can't resell or restock it, so custom orders aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns.

But if something's wrong with the print or the puzzle arrived damaged, that's exactly what the reprint guarantee is for, just get in touch.

We're sorry, that's on us to fix. Send us a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery, and we'll arrange a reprint right away.
