We've done three of these now. Our trip to Japan, the day we got our dog, and our first proper date. It's become our thing.

Both sizes are 500 pieces — the only difference is how big your finished puzzle looks on the wall.
Medium (53×38 cm / 21 × 15 in)
A great fit for a shelf, a side table, or a gallery wall alongside other frames. Easy to display in smaller spaces without taking over the room.
Large (60×45 cm / 24 × 18 in)
A true statement piece — big enough to anchor a wall on its own. The better choice if this puzzle is the main event, not one piece among many.
JPG or PNG, as high-resolution as possible.
Optional: add The Display Kit at checkout for sticky sheets that hold your puzzle together and make it ready to frame.
We stand behind every puzzle with our reprint guarantee. If your puzzle arrives with a printing defect or is damaged in transit, we'll reprint and reship it, no fuss. We want your memory to look exactly as good in your hands as it does in your head.

Keeps every piece in place — ready to hang.
Turning a favorite memory into something you can hold takes three simple steps — no design skills, no guesswork, just a photo you love.
Pick the photo that means something — a trip, a face, a place you'd go back to in a heartbeat. Upload it in seconds and choose your puzzle size.
We turn your photo into a puzzle, printed in vivid detail on premium matte cardboard. It arrives in a reusable drawstring bag, ready to gift or keep.
Clear the table, pour your favorite drink, and put the phone away. Build it alone or with the people who were there — then hang it somewhere you'll see it every day.
Puzzling increases neuroplasticity and improves brain health. You're having fun while building new neural pathways!

The sharper and higher-resolution, the better. A photo straight from your phone's camera is usually perfect. Bright, in-focus shots with your subject nice and clear turn out beautifully across all 500 pieces. Very small images, heavy screenshots, or dark and blurry photos can look soft once printed large, so pick the best version you have.
As a rule of thumb, any photo your phone has taken in the last few years will be more than enough. If you're pulling it from social media or a screenshot, try to find the original instead, since those are often compressed.
Not sure if your photo will hold up? Upload it anyway and reach out, we'll take a look before we print.
All the common ones: JPG, PNG, HEIC, and more. Whatever your phone or camera saved it as, it should upload without a fuss. If a file ever gives you trouble, send us a message and we'll sort it out.
Absolutely. Couples, families, pets, whole friend groups, a landscape with nobody in it at all. Your memory, your call.
Your photo is printed to fit your chosen puzzle size, so some light cropping may happen at the edges to match the dimensions. If there's a specific way you want it framed, or something you'd like kept in or out, leave us a note with your order and we'll do our best to honor it.
Think about where it'll end up. Coffee table, cozy night in, gift that packs small? Medium. Wall piece, gallery moment, something to show off? Large. You really can't go wrong, they're both 500 pieces of the same lovely detail.
Yes. Just check the "I'll send my photo later" box when placing your order, and we'll follow up with an easy way to get it to us.
Yes, and most people choose to. If you'd like to frame it or mount it on the wall, our Display Kit includes sticky sheets that hold all the pieces together and make it ready to hang. You'll see it offered when you add your puzzle to the cart.

Such a cool idea, everyone loved it!!! Recommend for sure 🫶🏻
We bought it as a Christmas gift and now it's framed in the living room. My mom calls me just to tell me she's looking at it.
Best gift I've ever given, hands down.
Me and my girls on my honeymoon, I'll cherish this forever ❤️
We did this on our anniversary and I cried when we finished it. It was our honeymoon photo. I didn't expect to feel that much.
Three kids, one dining table, zero screens for two hours. I didn't think that was possible on a Tuesday.
My grandma passed last spring. My sister made one from the last photo we all took together. We did it at the kitchen table on what would've been her birthday.
We do one every time we move. Four apartments, four puzzles, all hanging in the hallway now. It's basically our timeline.
Beautiful puzzle, took longer to arrive than I expected — ordered it for a birthday and it landed two days after. Worth the wait, just plan ahead.
I didn't realize "large" meant the same 500 pieces, just bigger — I was expecting it to be harder. Still turned out great once it was framed.
